The De Muniz Legal Clinic in Salem, Oregon is located in the De Muniz Resource Center and is operated by the Community Action Agency. The Legal Clinic began in January 2013 and joins students from Willamette University College of Law with volunteer local attorneys to provide persons with convictions legal assistance in the areas of expungement, quasi-criminal matters, landlord-tenant disputes, and various other often unanticipated issue areas.
Although it is located in Marion County, the clinic will entertain potential clients from outside of Marion County. The legal clinic conducts Friday afternoon sessions at the De Muniz Resource Center, 3950 Aumsville Highway SE, in Salem and appointments can be made by calling the De Muniz Resource Center at 503-990-7370.
