BENJAMIN ROAD - Dating to 1895 - Lies on northwest outskirts of Newberg between Highway 99W and Springbrook Road. The road lies on the Donation Land Claim of Benjamin Heater. The Heaters came to Oregon in 1850 and settled on their claim a year later.
