Yamhill County Elections has discontinued use of the Optional Secrecy Sleeve
The secrecy sleeve has always been optional for voters and is no longer needed. The outer signature envelope has a printed security weave on the inside that protects your privacy. Your privacy and the secrecy of your vote has always been and will continue to be protected throughout the ballot counting process. This decision has been formally approved by the Oregon Secretary of State’s Office and will save money and staff time processing ballots.
 
Please follow the instructions on the ballot. If you make a mistake, your ballot
is damaged, or you need assistance, contact Yamhill County Elections at 503-434-7518 or co.yamhill.or.us/elections.
