Assessor Candidates must also submit this additional application

(You must submit this questionnaire to the Department of Revenue in time for the DOR to determine your eligibility and to notify the County  Clerk’s Office prior to the filing deadline.) 

Sheriff Candidates must also submit this additional application

(Proof of certification or eligibility for certification by the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training must be provided to the filing officer no later than the 61st day prior to the election. Exceptions may apply. (ORS 206.015 (3) and (4)))
