McMinnville City Council Supplemental Ballot

November 4th General Election

2 Ballots required for this election:

  1. Vote your original ballot, sign its envelope and get that to us
  2. Vote your “supplemental” ballot, sign its envelope and get it to us separately
Dear City of McMinnville Voter:

The Yamhill County Clerk’s office has issued a supplemental ballot for all McMinnville voters for the 2014 General Election – November 4, 2014.

We erroneously listed all three City Council races on all ballots.  In McMinnville, only those living in a Ward can vote for the Councilor for that Ward.

We ask all voters to vote their supplemental ballot for their McMinnville City Councilor.

In addition to voting your original ballot, please be very careful to:

  1. Also vote your supplemental ballot
  2. Insert the supplemental ballot into its own Secrecy envelope
  3. Insert only one Secrecy envelope with only one ballot into a blue envelope (The Supplemental ballot envelope is marked in red ink with the phrase “McMinnville City Council Supplemental Ballot” on the back flap)
  4. Sign the blue envelope
  5. Return all ballots to us before 8 pm on Election night (November 4, 2014) (you may use any of the drop sites in Yamhill County)

2 Ballots required for this election:

  1. Vote your original ballot, sign its envelope and get that to us
  2. Vote your “supplemental” ballot, sign its envelope and get it to us separately
As your Yamhill County Clerk, I sincerely apologize for this error and any extra work it causes you.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office at 503-434-7518.
