Juvenile Detention Visitation
The Yamhill County Juvenile Corrections Division (YCJCD) encourages communication between detained youth and their parents or guardians through in-person visitation, written correspondence, telephone and video communications. All visitors must be 18 years or older. Detained youth are eligible for personal visits after completing the orientation process.
All visitors and their property are subject to search. All personal visits may be monitored. Any visit may be terminated at the discretion of the staff if rules governing the visitation are violated or safety or security is jeopardized.
All Visitors must be approved by a juvenile probation/parole officer or caseworker before being allowed to visit. Please contact your County Juvenile Department and request to be added the youths visiting list.
In Person Non-Contact Personal Visitation
Monday through Friday: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Personal Video Visitation
Yamhill County does offer video visitation for youth housed in the detention facility. These visits are typically offered to youth who have earned extra privileges through the detention Tier System. To inquire about the possibility of a video visit, please contact the detention facility.
