From Salem (45 minutes)

Bypass: At intersection of 99W and Hwy 18, take a left onto the Hwy 18 by-pass. Go approximately 7 miles, passed the Airport, Air Museum and Yamhill Marketplace. Exit at 3rd Street, identified as Historic Downtown McMinnville. Stay on this road. Over the railroad tracks, you will observe the cross streets going in reverse alphabetical order (Hembry, Galloway, Ford, Evans). Turn right on Evans. Cross streets are now numerical (4th, 5th, 6th, 7th). Turn left on 6th Street. Go down one block to Davis Street, turn right. The house (white with blue trim) is on the right side of the road at the address 638 North East Davis.

Local route: Stay on 99W for approximately 2 miles, to Lafayette. Stay on Hwy 99 going south through town, continuing another 3 miles to McMinnville. Continue on 99W; it will split at or about Adams (southbound) and Baker (northbound). Take Adams to 7th Street and turn left. Cross streets are alphabetical (Baker, Cowls, Davis). Turn right on Davis Street to address 638 North East Davis. The house (white with blue trim) is located on the left side of the street. If you reach the intersection of 6th Street and Davis, you have gone too far.

Note: Most core streets run alphabetical and numerical. Adams and Baker are Hwy 99W south and north respectively, then Cowls, Davis, Evans, Ford, Galloway. 1st Street divides east from west. We are on North Davis Street, between 6th and 7th Street. Our office is a white house with blue trim at 638 NE Davis.

 

From Corvallis (60 minutes)

Take Hwy 221 west toward Dayton, McMinnville. At intersection of Hwy 221 and Hwy 18, turn left onto the Hwy 18 by-pass. Go approximately 6 miles, passed the Airport, Air Museum and Yamhill Marketplace. Exit at 3rd Street, identified as Historic Downtown McMinnville. Stay on this road. Over the railroad tracks, you will observe the cross streets going in reverse alphabetical order (Hembry, Galloway, Ford, Evans). Turn right on Evans. Cross streets are now numerical (4th, 5th, 6th, 7th). Turn left on 6th Street. Go down one block to Davis Street, turn right. The house (white with blue trim) is on the right side of the road at the address 638 North East Davis.

 

Take 99W north/west. Go through Amity. You will enter McMinnville at the intersection of Hwy 18 and 99W. Turn right, toward Linfield College. You are still on 99W, but now it is also called Baker Street. Take Baker/99W about 2 miles until you reach 6th Street. Turn right. Notice the streets are alphabetical (Baker, Cowls, Davis, Evans). Turn left on Davis Street. The office is on the right hand side of the road; it is a white house with blue trim. The address is 638 North Davis.
