Notes:

• Chicken Coop College was actually called Hen Coop College until 1929
• Columbus Elem. School, submitted by Rowena Foster King, with a humorous footnote.
• Dayton 1895 school - between 3rd & 4th, Church & Oak streets
• Inside a Cook School Classroom - Lola Work, possibly 4th grade
• Lakeview - now the residence of Bob Roe, retired Postmaster
• School Fair - these were precursors to todays County Fair, held in McMinnville
• Webfoot about 1900 - after 2nd room was added
• Wheatland - after the 1896 move to church building
