Shaw Mill

Circa 1940

Located on the eastern edge of Yamhill where the present day Fruithill Processing Plant is now located. This mill replaced the older Shaw Mill which was located about 1/2 mile north of the present day Laughlin Logging shop on Laughlin Road. The men in the picture are as follows, left to right:

Ladd Elliot identified the workers in 2003. There really were two men named Pat Paolo working at the mill at the time.
