Attention all public and private schools in Yamhill County.  
The County intends to put computers/laptops/miscellaneous equipment that have been declared surplus up for distribution to Yamhill County school districts at no charge. School districts interested in participating in this process will have to submit a letter of intent to the County. Letters of intent will be due no later than 5:00 PM on 05/25/2018.

The Information Technology Division is engaged in providing technology services to the various departments and divisions of Yamhill County. In general we support computer software applications, the internal network of the county, and all the individual computer devices. We also provide voice communications services to the County as well as the City of McMinnville

Our staff members consist of Programmer/Analysts, Help Desk, Network Support, Webmaster, and Desktop Support Specialists – along with Communication technicians supporting our voice systems.

The mission of the Yamhill County Information Technology Division is to support the core business needs of the county through the development, use, and support of new technologies and information systems; to provide the integrated and secure exchange of data with internal and external customers; to identify emerging technologies and trends so as to improve employee productivity and reduce operating costs; to advise county management of technology best practices and products; and to deliver timely and accurate services to our internal customers as well as the citizens of Yamhill County in a professional and courteous fashion.
