     ADEC BUILDING

 

The ADEC Building is an 8,000 square foot exhibit hall.  It currently has a small prep kitchen area, however we have been doing some extensive remodeling and are working toward a larger kitchen area.  There are also Men’s and Women’s restrooms with showers.

 

The 80Wx100L hall offers the perfect location for your next Trade Show, Banquet, Conference, Wedding Reception, Dance or Bazaar.

 

Full and Half day rental of the ADEC Building will include 1 rack of 100 chairs; 1 rack of 15 tables (additional tables & chairs are available to rent also), and use of the kitchen facilities.  Cleanup must be done and building vacant no later than 12:00 midnight the last day of the event unless other arrangements have been made with the fairgrounds.

 

Non-Alcoholic Event

 

Full Rental                                                      $400.00/day

Half Day Rental                                             $200.00/day

Hourly Rent (for 3 hours or less only)          $ 35.00/hr

Cleaning/Damage Fee (Refundable)       $100.00

Key Deposit                                                 $200.00**

(**Refundable if keys are returned immediately after event)

 

Reservation Deposit of 40% of total of rental agreement due to secure date

 

Alcoholic Event

 

Full Rental                                                      $600.00/day

Half Day Rental                                             $300.00/day

Security Fee                                                  $200-$600 depending on # of people and length of time

            Fee determined by the number of people attending event

            Security provided by Advanced Security, Salem Oregon

            OLCC licensed server required

Cleaning/Damage Fee (Refundable)       $200.00

Key Deposit                                                 $200.00**

Commercial Kitchen is available if you are using a licensed approved caterer.  Kitchen rent is $200 per day with a $200 refundable deposit.
