The Yamhill County Commission on Children and Families is made up of 15 full members and 4 alternates. 51% of the representation of the board as well as the Chair must be lay members. A lay member is defined as a person whose primary income is not derived from either offering direct service to children and youth or being an administrator for a program for children and youth.Current Members
