Cutoff Schedules

The final installment for the 2009-10 tax is due May 17th. Please use the “Property Search” feature on our website for amount owing.

Statementswill be in the mail the last week of May to all property owners with tax owing.

Personal Property Businesses and Personal Property Manufactured Homes with 2009-10 tax outstanding after June 15 will receive a Warrant Lien. The fee for recording is now $82. This amount will be added to your outstanding 2009-10 tax.

Real Property accounts with 2006 tax owing will be subject to Foreclosure on July 15th. Please have the 2006 tax and interest paid by that date to avoid any further action.

Personal Property reminder notices were mailed April 30 to all businesses that did not file a Personal Property Return by March 1. Blank forms are available under “All Assessor Forms” on our website if you are unable to locate the form we mailed in December.
